Will John Frieda Go Blonder spray damage my hair?
It does damage the hair due to the peroxide but just make sure you use a great conditioning mask once a week, a heat protectant and a conditioning leave in cream like i.e.: its a 10 and you’ll be fine! Obviously If your hair is very damaged use it sparingly or don’t use it at all.
Is John Frieda Go Blonder spray permanent?
This product will permanently lighten the colour of your hair. Do not use on natural brown or darker shades of hair, intensively bleached hair (lightened 4-8 shades), or platinum or white shades of blonde hair.
How does go blonder spray work?
It’s made with natural lightening ingredients like citrus and chamomile. You can see results in as little as 3-5 uses. The spray contains a thermo-protectant to preserve your hair’s health. Fix up roots, highlights or all over lightening with this spray.
Does Go Blonder work on bleached hair?
The spray contains hydrogen peroxide, although in much smaller quantities than your standard hair bleach would have. For that reason, you’re not supposed to use Go Blonder spray on damaged hair or hair that’s been dyed more than five shades lighter.

We recommend using it no more than 10 times between colorings. If your hair is not colored then we recommend you use it twice per week.
