How do I report a concern to the Rspca?
You can report concerns on 0300 1234 999 but we’re unable to accept anonymous reports. The vast majority of calls we have to respond to come in during the day and early evening and we need to make sure we have enough officers available to deal with emergencies in these peak times.
Is RSPCA an emergency service?
In the event of an emergency, the RSPCA will provide initial stabilisation or emergency treatment for any animal, including euthanasia when this is in the best interests of the animal.

How long do RSPCA investigations take?
Complaints will be acknowledged within five working days and then replied to in full within a further 25 working days. Although we reply to the majority of complaints within 25 working days, if the matter is complex and requires greater investigation it may take longer.
Can you find out who reported you to RSPCA?
This is also known as a Subject Access Request or SAR. This is your right to receive a copy of your personal information held by the RSPCA. Please note that a SAR only allows you to see your own data and not anyone else’s, for example, the person who reported you.
