How do I cancel my EON account?
if you give termination notice after your notice date, it will apply 30 days from when it was received. If you’re on a variable plan, you’ll need to give 30 days’ notice. How long is EON contract?
Plan duration 3-Year Fixed Business Plan – will end 36 months from your plan start date. 4-Year Fixed Business Plan – will end 48 months from your plan start date.

Eon Next is a new sustainability-driven gas and electricity supplier in the energy market and a new part of the Eon Group.
Is there an exit fee for leaving Eon?
You can arrange to switch to another tariff (or supplier) whenever you like. We may object if you owe us money. If your tariff has an end date, we might charge you a fee, known as an exit fee, if you switch more than six weeks before that date. Your confirmation letter will tell you about this.
How long does it take EON to close your account?
You don’t need to give us your final meter readings. Your new supplier will ask you for them and will contact us, so we can use them to close your account. We’ll then send you a final bill around six weeks after you’ve switched.
What happens if I cancel my EON Direct Debit?
If you cancel your Direct Debit it may affect the price you pay for the energy you use, if this is the case we’ll let you know. Your contract confirmation letter will also explain if you’re receiving lower prices for paying by Direct Debit.
