You need to be a series of characters, all dieing at different times to unlock The Lost. First of all, you need to be Isaac and die in the basement/cellar by a Mulliboom. Third of all, Judas must die by “Mom”, Either by her Hand or Leg. Lastly, Azazel must die by Satan.
