How do Gap baby sizes run?
Baby Gap has always run a bit slim/small for us. I’ve usually “sized up” a bit for DD with their clothes. She was wearing 12-18 month BabyGap clothes starting around 9/10 months and outgrew them in “width” well before she hit 18 months.

Are gap toddler sizes small?
The toddler range is small made. DD is a petite little thing and gap was the only place I actually bought her size the same as her age. When she was 4 she was in Gap age 4T but age 2-3 from almost everywhere else. The bigger kids ranges do come up big and go by XS/S/M/L.
