They will be available for non-residents beginning Thursday, April 1. Parking permits are required at Cove Island, Cummings, West Beach, Southfield, Dorothy Heroy & Newman Mills Riverbank Walk Parks, May 1 – September 30. The City of Stamford is recommending that you purchase beach permits on-line or by mail.
