Are Vortex Vipers worth the money?

On paper, yes. Vortex Vipers in general will beat Vortex Diamondbacks for overall performance. With that said, if you’re not experienced with binoculars, you may not notice the difference. Vortex Diamondbacks are an excellent value for binoculars in the $300 range.
