Can I take my bike on a Chiltern train?
Regular bicycles are carried (except tandems) on any Chiltern Railways train on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays subject to space being available, and at the discretion of our staff. On Mondays to Fridays you can also use most of our trains. The only exceptions are our busiest peak hour services.
Can I take my bike on the train into London?
Yes, you can. Although the types of bikes allowed on trains can vary. Fully folding bicycles are allowed on all trains without restrictions or reservations. Reservations are sometimes required for full-size bicycles on certain services, and there are also restrictions on Peak-time travel.
Can you take bike on TfL rail?
TfL Rail. Folded bikes can be taken on TfL Rail at all times.
Can I park my bike anywhere in London?
There are over 20,000 cycle parking spaces at stations across London. Many free spaces are near the entrance or in our station car parks. You can also use Cycle Hubs which provide secure and covered spaces near stations: Enfield Town (Enfield)
Where do trains go from Marylebone?
Marylebone runs regular passenger services to the west of England, with destinations including Birmingham, Banbury, Bicester, High Wycombe, Gerrards Cross, Stratford-upon-Avon and Kidderminster. It also serves the Bakerloo line from Elephant & Castle to Harrow & Wealdstone.
Are Marylebone station toilets open?

Can you take a bike on the tube in London?
In summary: Folded bicycles can be taken free of charge on the tube at all times. Non-folding bicycles can be taken free of charge on some sections of the tube outside peak times. Peak times are 07.30 – 09.30 and 16.00 – 19.00, Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.
Are bike hangers safe?
According to Jim Langley, author of Your Home Bicycle Workshop, “it’s perfectly safe to hang most bicycles by one wheel. The only exceptions are bikes with specialty aero carbon rims that are so light the carbon will flex if you squeeze it by hand.”
What part of the bike do you lock?
The first lock should go around the back wheel, the frame and the bike rack. The second should go around the front wheel, the frame and preferably the bike rack as well. This means the frame is secured in two places and both wheels are secured to the frame and the bike rack.
