You’ll have to use the Windows Server 2008 R2 drivers from the support page and hope they work on W7. I think the Base System Device needs the HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Management Controller Driver Package for Windows Server 2008/2012 X64, or the HP ProLiant iLO 3/4 Channel Interface Driver for Windows X64 driver.
